Refund policy

While we are pretty sure our products won’t disappoint you a bit, this is just in case something goes wrong (Don’t worry, we’re here to assist you).

Each of our products are carefully curated and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be very slight difference due to lighting or camera angle.

Orders once placed can’t be cancelled and won’t be eligible for refund.
We don’t offer returns/exchanges in our Jewellery, however, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, here is what you need to do :

  • Update us within THREE working days via Email or Ping us on Instagram.

  • Your item will then be exchanged.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory.

  • We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only.

  • Incase your item is unavailable, the amount will be credited to your bank account.


We will need an unboxing video to verify that the product was damaged at our end. And if the defect is found at our end, we offer an exchange and not a refund.
